Admissions and Enrolment

To be admitted to CCL CentrEx, applicants need to be assessed and be interviewed along with their parents/guardians. The results of the assessment and the interview, coupled with the number of available slots of the applicant's grade level shall determine if whether or not the applicant is given an offer for admission. This process enables us know more about our students and helps us deliver our standards for high quality education.

Applicants will be informed via text/sms that they are given an offer for admission at CCL CentrEx. And, they may proceed to the next steps (below).

Once admitted, you may fill up the enrolment form here. When finished, a parent or guardian may log-in to the Enrolment Portal and edit their student's information and submit required documents.

Current students don't have to fill-up this form anymore.

Enrollment Contract

There are a few steps needed to be done to submit a valid Enrollment Contract:

1. Log-in to the Enrollment Portal
2. Read the contract for a student by clicking on the View Contract button beside one of the students' names.
3. After reading the contract, please click the Email a copy button on the top right part of the screen. This will send you an email with an attached PDF file of the contract you just read.
4. Please reply to the email, stating that you've read and understood the provisions of the attached contract. Within a week, you should be able to receive a mailed physical copy of the contract you just read.
5. Please sign the contract and return to us using the attached return envelope.

Current students only have to submit a signed enrolment contract.

Discounts

1. Sibling enrollees are given discounts on the Academic Development Fee. A 20% discount is given to the 2nd sibling, and a 40% discount, each, for the 3rd-5th siblings.


2. A 3% discount is given for enrollees who pay in full upon enrolment but not later than July 31, 2023.

Other Guidelines

1. Withdrawal of enrolment for reasons other than sickness or physical injury should be done five days before the start of classes to avail a full refund of downpayment (minus registration fee and service charge of ₱100.00). Withdrawals made after said period will be charged as follows:
   
   
   • - Within the first month of class but not later than August 30, 2023 - the amount paid or charged as downpayment.
   
   
   • - After August 30, 2023 but not later than September 30, 2023 - 50% of total fees.
   
   
   • - After October 31, 2023 - 100% of total fees.


2. Midterm transferees admitted for enrolment at CCL CentrEx shall be charged on a prorata basis but not lower than 50% of the total fees.


3. Non-credit attendance shall be charged on a prorata basis.

Lastly, enrollees must have their ID picture taken. ID cards can then be claimed within a week after an applicant’s picture was taken.

CentrExians who need new ID cards can also have their picture taken but have to pay P250.00 for their new cards.
